I first became involved in the Las Vegas Real Estate scene in 1998 where I worked on marketing for a top Las Vegas Realtor®. I eventually jumped in and received my Nevada Real Estate license in 2001.
After receiving my Nevada Real Estate License, I immediately pursued the more complicated specialty of learning everything I could about actual Real Estate Investments through continued education in some of the best Real Estate Investment classes taught. I also have a passion for Development and have taken classes in actual Land Development where the concepts of "community" development have been highly instrumental in selecting homes in communities that are well planned for future appreciation... and staying away from "subdivisions" that are poor investments.
All of this experience eventually led me to a position of Director of Sales for a New Home Developer where I played an instrumental role in purchasing, marketing and interior design among many other responsibilities.
Certified Residential Specialist
My training and experience has earned me the coveted "CRS" designation which is held by less then 4% of all Real Estate Agents in the entire United States. I've personally sold hundreds of homes and have hundreds of hours of real estate education including Appraisal classes to insure that my clients are extremely well represented for all of their Las Vegas Real Estate needs.
I was also Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Illinois where I once handled the internet marketing for a Sotheby's Luxury Real Estate brokerage. I also owned my own Luxury Boutique real estate Brokerage.
