Quite a big difference on the amount of bank owned properties available for sale in comparison to back in March of 2009 when there were over 6,765 bank owned properties available in Las Vegas. As of 04/14/2010, there are a total of 1,341 bank owned properties available for sale in the Las Vegas area listed for sale on the Las Vegas MLS. This is for areas 101 through 606 which includes Henderson and North Las Vegas.
Breaking down the numbers:
Single Family, Low Rise Condos, Townhomes & Manufactured Homes = 1,281
- 992 Single Family Homes
- 189 Low Rise Condominiums (In buildings under 5 stories)
- 92 Townhomes
- 8 Manufactured Homes
Prices range from $4,900,000 for a 12,872 sq. ft. Luxury Estate in MacDonald Highlands on St. Croix St, to a 599 sq. ft. townhome for $17,850.
Available Properties by Price Range:
- Less then $200,000 = 1,024
- $200,000 to $500,000 = 222
- $500,000 to $1,000,000 = 22
- $1,000,000+ = 13
Luxury Las Vegas High Rise Condominiums
For Luxury Las Vegas High Rise Condominiums, inventory numbers do appear to be rising and are now at 51 ranging in price from $3,999,000 for this Bank Owned Condominium in Trump Las Veas to a 447 sq. ft. condotel in Lake Las Vegas.
