There is an overall master plan fee of $33 per month and communities within Green Valley Ranch may have additional association fees. Lush and mature Palm Trees lining the streets, community parks and gorgeous landscaping do cost money to maintain! Green Valley Ranch is also in a Special Improvement District (SID/LID) and there may be additional fees.
